She was not responsive and seemed cold and matter-of-fact. We stopped talking to her. I found Dariusz via his internet site. He immediately reached out in a friendly and personable way making me feel very comfortable from the start. He provided his MLS access site for our review. We communicated by email but he was always available by phone. I have to admit that my wife and I are picky customers! Dariusz was always very patience with us. We looked at many houses around the entire area and he was always attentive to our comments and concerns. On a number of important issues he used the right amount of push back, to get us an improved deal. If you DON’T utilize Dariusz you might just be making a mistake!

She was always quick and on time. She showed up to every meeting early and was very knowledgeable! She answered every question and concern I had and did everything to satisfy all of my buyer needs. Exp reality set high/great expectations for its realtors. This is a great broker and I always refer friends and family. He was honest and made good critics on every listing I selected, putting my welfare and safety in mind. It was because of him that I lived in a good condominium unit as my rental place.
